Off-the-Peg Orders
Colors may vary due to the dying process and materials.
Many times the colors shown on our website are not exact.
If you are very particular or if you need to match or verify a color, please do so before you order.
Charges begin at $25.00 for any alterations or changes.
Hats must be paid in full before any alterations can begin.
Once a hat has been altered it is considered a Final Sale and is neither EXCHANGEABLE nor REFUNDABLE.
Please ask all of your questions in advance and be sure of what you are ordering.
Custom Millinery Orders
Each piece is individually made for you. Please allow for very small variances to occur as many of our pieces are made up from vintage materials and quantities are limited. Rest assured your piece will not deviate from the overall look of our photographs. No product will ship unless it meets our high quality assurance standards.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of ordering.
Custom orders require 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
If you require your custom piece in 4 weeks or less there will be a $75.00 Rush Fee added to the price. This fee is non-refundable and will be added to the deposit at the time you place your order.
Custom orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Custom designs, shapes, sizes and colors are considered a Final Sale at point of sale and are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Custom millinery is returnable for size alteration ONLY.
All shipping expenses associated with a return for size alteration are the responsibility of the buyer.
We will not accept returns for reasons such as: "I didn't like the style, I didn't think it would look like that, the brim is too wide or too narrow, the color is not what I want, the crown is too high, too low," etc..... Unfortunately, we are not a traditional retail establishment that can afford a liberal return policy and do not create our hats contingent upon reasons such as these.

General Order Information
All of our prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We can only accept payments in U.S. dollars.
We accept Visa and Master Card credit cards.
All orders are confirmed by email. Ooh-La-La will send you a confirmation email as a courtesy and to follow up that your order is what you intended, is available and the expected shipping date.
Shipping
All of our products are shipped UPS. Customers must provide a physical address for delivery. UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.
In-stock items are usually shipped the next business day.
All undeliverable or refused shipment items will be charged original shipping fees plus a 10% handling fee. These charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
